This construction mat is made of a high-density polyethylene plastic, or HDPE, which helps it remain firm without buckling. That HDPE is entirely recycled, helping to keep older plastic materials out of the landfill.

Each mat measures ½ inch thick, providing significant stability for even heavy work vehicles. The mat can support up to a 90-ton load driving across it without buckling or damaging the ground underneath.

Most installers lay the mats end to end, making a temporary roadway.
